We have a small handful of Building Service Contractors who pay a membership fee to gain access to our pipeline of Sub Contractors. These BSC’s are the best in the industry. They have excellent testimonials from their customers and they have access to the best projects in town. When you join BSC Connection, your information gets sent to these BSC’s and they reach out to you directly.
WHAT’S THE COST:
Nothing. It doesn’t cost you any money to be in our system, and you are not obliged to take on any projects whatsoever. BSC’s may or may not reach out to you. If they happen to have a project that’s suitable and fits your company’s unique style, then great. If not, no big deal. There’s no obligation to take on a project that isn’t a good fit for your company.

Are any of the BSC’s you work with franchises?No. Nor do we support the franchise business model. We don’t believe it’s worth paying money upfront to get ‘leads’ when they are readily available if you just keep your eyes open. BSC’s have nice projects they want to work on but they need good quality and reliable Sub Contractors to take on the workload. Instead of paying franchise fees and getting stuck with undesirable projects, invest your time into meeting well-connected Building Service Contractors who can bring you excellent projects and long term contracts.

How does BSC Connect make its money?We are paid a membership fee by the Building Service Contractors who are part of our network.

How do you vet your Building Service Contractors?We hand pick them based on reputation, testimonials, BBB ratings, credit history, and other factors. Everyone we work with is known to pay on time and in full and has long term relationships with other satisfied Sub Contractors too.

Do Sub Contractors pay anything to join BSC Connect?Nothing. We only make money from the BSC’s in our network.

How many employees do I need to have to join BSC Connect?There is no minimum requirement but most BSC’s we work with usually are looking for Subs with anywhere from 2-10 people.
